You have plans to make, accounts and books to keep, meetings to catch, reports and market studies to follow up with, quick decisions to make

If you want to be profitable and productive you need to get extra planned hours ahead of the everyday people

Which you can only achieve by waking up earlier and aligning to plans

But aren’t easily said things harder?

Here a few tips to help you

•If you use an alarm, don’t keep it close to your bed(you might snooze its life out)

•Get off the bed on your feet immediately no second thoughts (Don’t try to remember your To Dos upon waking up)
•Drink a lot of water, a bottle should be Ok(This helps you system wake up, because drinking water is “During the day” activity

•Get on with your plans
•As you take off with your plans sleep may return, Take a shower ( This automatically drives sleep, always save this lifeline until you need to use it)

• Remind yourself, sleep is not a scare commodity (One of the lessons I learnt from my first job)
• Lite dinner rewards you with better sleep

Lastly
•Sleep early, you’re most likely tired from the day’s hassles when you get home,

so don’t force yourself to work, you wake up refreshed and produce better results than you would have done at night when tired
