Reflecting on an exhausting few weeks leading the #RadFest20 team. @nickpitts and I found a fab trio of freelancers to help us put the show together so I thought I’d introduce you to a few of them.
Our visual producer was @TheLaxSalmon (aka Sam Lax). He briefed our guests, hosts and producers, helping make them look and sound as good as poss, as well as pre-recording and editing together a lot of the films. He has a lovely manner with guests and is an extremely good editor
Our platform/content producer was @cmoorin (Callum). He did our socials and website, and worked late each night to deliver the catchup videos. And all while self-isolating! He is smart, sharp, great attention to detail, committed and hard-working.
Our assistant producer was @HanJFarrell. She managed all admin with members and delegates, and supported the PR team by identifying key output from each session. She was brilliantly attentive, fantastic intuition and initiative, and great knowledge of the industry.
I’d work with any of them again in a heartbeat, and can strongly recommend getting in touch with them if you’re developing a video/radio project or event. They made the last few weeks easier, better and more fun, putting my mind at ease whenever they said they were on the case.
