DARK BBI FORCES IN KENYA

1. Dark forces are about to capture Kenya. It is not a time to keep quiet. Uhuru and Raila are holding 50 million Kenyans hostage. It has to do with their fathers memories than it has to do with Kenya. And no, Uhuru is not Moses and Raila is not Mandela.

2. Statesman Musalia Mudavadi suggested a review of the BBI Report. Specifically, he said the judiciary Ombudsman should rather be appointed by the Chief Justice of Kenya and not the President of Kenya as the BBI suggests. WHY don't Uhuru and Raila want an independent judiciary?

3. What guides Raila Odinga’s deepest instincts? Who is Raila Odinga? Raila Odinga has gone through a lot. Raila Odinga has made other people go through a lot. I consider Raila Odinga as a statesman. Yet, I must deeply wonder about the metamorphosis this statesman has undergone.

4. I wonder why, a statesman, who has seen and experienced what an imperial presidency did to Kenya, SUDDENLY turns around and supports an imperial presidency. Raila Odinga himself experienced the excesses of the foul regime of dead Kenyan dictator Mr. Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi.

5. During 2010 constitution referendum, Raila Odinga said that Kenya's new constitution "will ensure that the abuse of power, which we have seen in the past, associated with authoritarian imperial presidency, are things of the past." EVIDENCE: go to 01:25 http://shorturl.at/diIO7 

6. Why is Raila Odinga suddenly in a hurry to collect one million signatures to change the 2010 Constitution of Kenya and SUDDENLY return the imperial presidency to Kenya? How come he is cooperating with Uhuru Kenyatta, a president who is leaving power soon? What are their plans?

7. Raila Odinga’s father, statesman Jaramogi Oginga Odinga would have become Kenya’s first president but he gave the chance to Jomo Kenyatta. Raila Odinga has wanted to become Kenya's president for a long time. Does he hope to become an imperial president like Jomo and Arap Moi?

8. Jaramogi resigned from Jomo's regime and said: "The present enemy is more ruthless and inhuman than the open colonialism we fought against" that Kenya was "ruled by UNDERGROUND MASTERS ... who had chosen to ignore the voice of the people." Evidence: http://shorturl.at/fL137 

9. Why would Raila Odinga want to take Kenya back to the DARD DAYS that his father Jaramogi Oginga Odinga spoke against? Why is Raila Odinga ignoring the voice of Musalia Mudavadi and other Kenyans who have spoken against the return of imperial presidency to our beloved Kenya?

10. My guess is, Uhuru and Raila have agreed on something that we Kenyans do not know about. Could be, Uhuru wants to cleanse himself by helping Raila become president. Raila has realised that he has a perfect shot this time. Raila therefore wants to become an imperial president.

11. Raila Odinga has a right, just as any Kenyan citizen, to become a president. The only thing is, Kenyans do not want a BBI Report being pushed by "underground masters who ignore the voice of the people" to borrow Jaramogi Oginga's words. Jaramogi's words should be honored.

12. Kenya needs independent institutions. A careful balance of power. Not a powerful president who can interfere with the judiciary. The Senate's role in revenue sharing should not be tampered with. The Cabinet should be made up of professionals e.g. a scientist as CS for health.

13. Kenya belongs to all Kenyans dead, alive and unborn. Kenya does not belong to Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga and their political family histories. In 60 years most of us will be long dead and lying quietly in our graves. We must imagine a Kenya beyond our political egos.

14. The BBI Report should be an opportunity for Kenyans to read slowly together, discuss slowly together, debate slowly together and review the BBI Report slowly together because it is going to ammend KENYA's 2010 constitution and amending a constitution is a VERY BIG DEAL.

15. It is disturbing when a whole professor Adams Oloo says that only Uhuru Kenyatta can authorize any changes to the BBI Report. Does Kenya's 2010 constitution belong to Uhuru Kenyatta? Is Kenya North Korea such that Kenyans must dance only to the music that Uhuru authorizes?
