So, if you add today's grim 170,400 new cases for Nov. 13 to this chart you can see where we're heading. We could be nearing 200,000 new cases/day by the end of the month.

Another way to look at our nightmare is by time-to-milestone: In this case, how long did it take to reach 1 million total cases, 2M, 3M, etc.
That jump from 1 to 2M took 44 days.
We are today at 10.8 million: we might leap from 10 to 11M in 8 days.
