2/4 I joined Unite the Union during the grievance process. The union would not support my claim as they said my claim had little or no prospects of success. Therefore I self funded my claim.
3/4 I went through ACAS when still working at JLR in June 2018. I sought to continue employment and just be moved (this would have effectively settled with them for nothing). This was declined.
4/4 I Identified as gender fluid, and non-binary during the early stages of my transition. But I was always clear that I was transitioning and this could be the end or part of the process. Itâs pleasing that this has clarified things in the Equality Act. Though quite accidental.
