It’s like we’re living in different realities.
I’ve said this a bunch of times on here, I know. Insanity is repeating the same thing and expecting different results. I’ve never denied being insane.
“You see fraud because that’s what you want to see.”
You don’t for the same reason.
“A few thousand votes here and a few thousand votes there, this has it always been. Our systems have survived and that’s the important part.”

I’m trying to tell you that a collective mental break is happening right now. A large population of very armed and very angry people are coming to the conclusion that they have no say in the how they are governed. The way they thought the world functioned has shown to be false.
Some will look to fight. Some will try to retreat. Things will never go back to the way they were. “Biden won’t be so bad, we will survive” is a naive way of reading the signs. It’s not about Biden or Trump. It never was.
There are academic terms we could use for what I’m trying to describe but I’ve never found those very helpful. It’s easier to understand that you will be suspicious of your neighbor and he of you. You will have your incontrovertible truths and he his. There will be no middle.
Trump can concede tomorrow and it won’t matter. You don’t think after 4+ years of being attacked by all the principalities and powers that we will forget, do you? That we will rally around Biden for the good of the country? The country we thought existed, doesn’t.
Why am I speaking in religious terms? Because viewing this through the lens of a religious conflict makes more sense than a purely political one. Political terms suggest that there might be some realm where the non- political can peacefully exist. This is no longer the case.
This is not a thread meant to make you despair. There is a peace in knowing. Now we know. Act accordingly.
