) started taking risks again like they did in the 80s and 90s they would make not only art, but plenty of money also. Some movies wont but they most likely would end up being cult classics like Treasure Planet.

Like dang, If they had just stopped for a second during any of the wild and crazy shit going on during the production of the last Star Wars movies and been like, "Ok Star Wars makes money no matter what. Lets take this historic franchise and do it justice."
Tell me how Disney could have lost money if they'd taken an extra year or two to make the best sequel they could come up with, done what they do anyway with the merch and the hype and the theme parks, and then had another extra year or more to drop another polished sequel.
We would be foaming at the fucking mouths in love with Star Wars. A few years in between 3 Bomb Ass movies would have given audiences that yearning, that crave for more.
