When interviewing make sure to set up multiple conversations with people in the field you are interested in! Like a good scientist, it helps to increase your sample size so you gain a more well-rounded view of the area you want to enter #SciPol #NSPS2020 #SciPolSymposium
After your interview make sure to follow up and thank them, connect on a platform ( @LinkedIn was suggested), and stay in touch! #SciPol #NSPS2020 #SciPolSymposium
