What raised flags in #Moldova CEC Chair interview: in the first 5min he states that if Dodon is out, then the 3rd candidate is in. That contradicts the Electoral Code. But Usatyi is 3rd, often takes refuge in Moscow & has highest vote# after Dodon & Sandu
FYI @MarcChampion1, who interviewed me in 2009 elections, wrote in 2014 abt Renato Usatîi work w Russian Railroads (Putin's money), concerts w Kobzon (who sang for Rus leaders in #Ukraine Donbass...), alleged links of Renato to Solntsevskaia bratva, etc... https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2014-11-24/russias-project-moldova
This is hopefully the last tweet these days, as I disconnect for a personal nice reason - son turns 21 tomorrow & I need to prep:) Do follow analysts & friends @DionisCenusa @nicupopescu for election roll & results. Great friends @promolex are national monitors; @osce_odihr Intl!
P.S.1 Note: as per Electoral Code #Moldova's intelligence services aren't charged w reporting open source diaspora's FB pages discussing suggestions to be addressed to the CEC or vote mobilization, Art22 (in Rus for non-Romanian readers). So, why bother?
