1. Slow intro to the second round of the Presidential elections in #Moldova to take place this Sunday, November 15th. Diaspora voted massively in favor of the pro-democracy/pro-western candidate Maia Sandu. In 2009 I gave several interviews in Russian & English on #Moldova's elections to @VOANews & privately suggested to avoid oversimplifications, such as the vote "is not" geopolitical or "it is only" geopolitical. 3. After a massive diaspora vote for Maia Sandu, Central Electoral Commission chair receives a "Note" on diaspora social media vote mobilization calls. SIS of #Moldova follows in detail known mobilization FB groups w people calling to come and vote, some of them expressing preferences - still nothing illegal... Yet in September, the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission nominated by @sandumaiamd, "suddenly" agreed to open polling stations in Russia based on allegedly fake documents (no geopolitics?) So, after the 1st round CEC Chair gives an interview to... What raised flags in #Moldova CEC Chair interview: in the first 5min he states that if Dodon is out, then the 3rd candidate is in. That contradicts the Electoral Code. But Usatyi is 3rd, often takes refuge in Moscow & has highest vote# after Dodon & Sandu

P.S.1 Note: as per Electoral Code #Moldova's intelligence services aren't charged w reporting open source diaspora's FB pages discussing suggestions to be addressed to the CEC or vote mobilization, Art22 (in Rus for non-Romanian readers). So, why bother?
