These "Affordable" Trump/Loeffler health care can also include annual or lifetime spending caps.
I.E., they can save you a lot of money if you don't get really sick or don't have a bunch of costly pre-ex, are or will become pregnant, and so on.
These "short-term" plans can now be extended for 3 years under Trump and under Loeffler's bill.

If subsidies were to disappear or shrink — either from the ACA court case or legislation — you could expect these super-skinny plans to become far more popular because that would be all many could afford.
