Received a rejection from one of my dream programs earlier this morning and it instantly reminded me of some affirmations I wrote out and haven chosen to hold on to this application cycle regarding rejection/finding power in “No”:

All that to say, it’s INCREDIBLY easy to personalize and internalize rejection in this season. Disappointment is valid, but don’t EVER let it touch your worthiness. You belong and you’re NECESSARY. Happy Friday!!!!
