Phew! Finally finished! You ready?

Remember when we were told sometimes you just have to show people? Well, who would have believed this story had it not been for the obvious gamesmanship we've been watching?

The key though, above all things, TRUST GOD!

In order to tell you this story though, I have to give you a bit of background.

If you've watched any of my shows, you know some of this. After 9/11, there was a frenzy of activity. Namely, intel was NOT being shared across the gov't. An agency was stood up, laws were passed...

One program that was started was the Presidential Surveillance Program. The program was closely held and considered temporary. At the time, intel was concerned about another attack, so the idea was to develop a sort of "early warning system." That was Starburst.

Data collection (Hammer) was established. Collecting foreign information at the time and Dir Mueller was tasked with working w/CIA to help establish the program. The FBI supplied the computers.

The Multi-Agency CoIntel/Counterrorrism Center was established at FBI HQ & the DC FO.

FWIW, these slides are from another Deck on the Mid-year and Crossfire Hurricane digs. So pardon the cross speak here. The key to this slide is to show how the new Center was designed to work. Note the roles on the right.

After 9/11, Mueller was called before FISC over "irregularities" leading up to 9/11 in the FISA process. Dir Mueller was tasked with "fixing the problem" ... You know that fix as the "Woods Procedures"

The IG mentions no info on FISA and its limitations. I believe this is why.

Like I said, the program overall was VERY closely held. The codes were held in the director's office - sometime towards the end of the Bush II era, Gen Hayden opened the program up to others. In the IG report, we find the program "Began to go sideways" sometime around 2010/2011.

The saying, those that scream the loudest... just came into my mind. Can't imagine why.

Before I get into what's happened with Hammer, I need to give you a bit more background since it plays heavily into the coup story and actually ties much of what's going on together.

Starting with Mid-Year. Some info is from FOIA material, a lot is open source. As you know, HRC had all but 4 of her emails forward to a 3rd party server. The issue was found by ICIG McCullough and two of his staff. There's so much more but well...the rest is in another deck.

McCullough, finding the Chinese email address, headed straight to the FBI Cointel group with what everyone knew to be a potential espionage case. "Sandy" Kable immediately received all the material and opened an investigation on 7/10/2015. (dates really matter from now on)

Right after opening the case, he send out a slew of Records Preservation Requests. Thought this one might spark interest. Trust me, Kable literally papered DC with these. At one point FBI admonished SS for leaking info on the investigation...as if this one wasn't a red flag.

On 9/23/2015, he sends the Assistant Secretary of Diplomatic Security an 811 (espionage) notice. Yes, this is a very big deal! For weeks I've been chewing on this... what triggered the sudden change I noticed... you'll see why in a minute.

Suddenly Strzok was transferred to HQ from the DC Field Office... and Kable seems to have dropped out of the picture.

It doesn't take a Rhodes Scholar to figure out Kable raised eyebrows... especially when you have the added benefit of hindsight.

In Dec HRC has an "informal lunch" with Obama... Remember all the talk about shifting the mid-year to focus on taking down the Trump Campaign. Given the TL of things I've been following, it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility that this lunch was more then "informal."

Then in Jan, Strzok sends a nearly identical 811 (espionage) referral to Starr at State as Kable did in Sep. Curious, no?
I get why the docs need to be segregated, this is a very serious investigation... but... it was already being FOIAd according to the letter.

Then things really heated up for the DS... as if what they did between Jan and Nov wasn't bad enough, it actually gets much worse!

Ok, so now you have some of the background. Let's talk McInerney. He's been talking to anyone that would listen! He talks about Hammer (which is different from HAMR btw) and how they used. it. Lyons backs him up.

Mar 19, 2017, he did an interview... notice what Strzok says.

The very next morning, Comey opens an investigation on @realdonaldTrump links to Russia. Of course, he, like Strzok flat out lied to Congress. (Go back and read that on the Strzok's slide)

So, Comey tells Congress he's "authorized"... by who? You know it wasn't AG Sessions!

So, back to Hammer... remember when I said it was a database housed in DC and was limited? Well, hold on to your seat, it's about to get good.

Ok, back to Hammer. Read this slide carefully. It tells a lot. As of this thread, there's a report of a "malware" been found on voting machines - it's called "QSnatch". It was rampant in 2019... remember that date.

Ok, according to McInerney, [they] developed a backup after the 2016 cycle. According to BlackBox, GEMS was found in the 2018 data. Talked about this last week. The video explains it all... he calls it "monetizing the vote" and the general mentioned QFS.

Montgomery expanded the original Hammer. He did so as a CIA contractor... hmmm... who else was a CIA contractor? Oh, that's right Snowden!

Beginning in 2015, once Montgomery found out what Brennan was cooking, he tried to report it to least 18 different parties. Nothing.

Mary Fanning and Alan Jones have been working with him from the beginning to no avail. In fact, He was raided by the FBI and actually cuffed to a tree while they terrorized his family... where have we heard THIS before?

I guess having talked to some 18 or so government and investigative parties, Brennan couldn't just 187 him as is the usual playbook... suffice it to say, something happened though... As McInerney said they tried to use the program in 2016 and were prevented by an "intervention."

That brings me back to this email.

Many think it's fake... it wasn't. And the story behind this is actually a fun one to follow.

Krebs didn't want it released, but the IG opted for "transparency"... after saying CISA had already accepted the recommendations presented... why release it then?

I put this out last week. @inthematrix caught the CISA NCSWIC program... the one Ware was supposed to be working with. I added what I believed it was pointing to... the Cyber stuff... not bad, eh? It all eventually comes together don't ya know.

All the shake-ups at CISA is probably what led to these guys to expose themselves by putting out this notice... FYI Krebs isn't on it.

Notice they, like Ware say "most secure in history" and all those reports of tampering are UNFOUNDED DAMN IT!

Of course, it's written by all the same people we've come to know over the last few years.

Trust me, thanks to Nunes and his sealed indictment in VA, I've got it ALL documented... and... as is typical, the Godfather of the NWO donates to them all!
