so the whole thread is bakugos mental decline, that’s why his thought process makes less and less sense and he acts less and less like himself as it progresses. seeing kiri and deku was the last straw for his grief fried brain to handle before it just kind of snapped on him

I had included before that he was living in an apartment he AND kirishima owned, that’s how kiri knew where he was and kiri arriving should have signified the amount of time that had passed where bakugo was just sitting on the floor in his state of just mind broken shock

that was kind of his rock bottom and kiri only showed up (for some reasons that are spoilers but also) because he needed bakugo to know there was nothing going on, this is kind of where kiri is breaking as well we’re just not privy to his view point cause then we would have no
