2. Eat a nutritious whole foods diet
Simple choices
Breakfast: Triple-triple and a bagel with cream cheese or whole eggs with oatmeal?
Lunch: Bag of Doritos or grilled chicken sandwich with a salad?
Dinner: Taco bell or salmon, rice and veggies?

3.Challenge your mind daily.
You ever heard of if you don’t use it you lose it?
Well, in my opinion this applies here too, education should span our entire lives.
Make it a goal to do something that stimulates your mind everyday even if it’s a crossword puzzle.

5. Get out and socialize.
Loneliness is not good for anyone, period.
Get out of the house if possible through these strange times.
But, its also important to try and socialize with those that have similar values to you and that lift you up, rather than bring you down.

6.Use moderation
Moderation in life is key, if you drink a case of beer nightly on the weekends, your health will suffer.
A few drinks on occasion with friends is fine.
Just like a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup wont ruin 2 weeks of eating healthy.
We’re human, balance is key.

One of the biggest ways of determining longevity in men is waist circumference ie. the bigger the belly, the bigger the risk for health complications
