I witnessed how Cagayan was swept by Lawin and the consequences of Ulysses are even worse right now. Many people are not yet rescued while some lost their homes. Water is still rising, many areas are still submerged, and people are still crying for help.

Cagayan River is one of the main waterways in Cagayan, and one of its tributaries is Magat Dam that up to now is still releasing water, causing an overflow through the towns it runs through. This is its state as of 6pm today.
