This makes me think of Victorian era chimney sweeps—usually young boys, who would be able to fit into chimneys, often naked—who would often get a specific cancer on their testicles, known as soot wart, or chimney sweep’s cancer. Cue Mary Poppins

The practice of using young boys to do the task was outlawed in Britain in 1875. But in the United States, black male children were bought from their owners as slaves & made to do the job after 1875.
