Chimney sweep’s carcinoma was the first ever reported form of occupational cancer—by Dr Percival Potts in 1775.

Other occupational diseases include mule spinners’ cancer, caused by shale oil, Mad hatter disease, caused by mercury poisoning, & of course, radium poisoning.
