I was a little confused to read that my @LivUniEarthSci lecturer, Pete Crimes, had co-authored a Cambrian trace fossils paper with Jane Herdman, since she had died 48 years earlier, in 1922.

I presume it's an algorithmic glitch, based on Pete's address details being 'T. P. Crimes, Jane Herdman Laboratories, University of Liverpool...'
However, Jane Herdman was quite a #trowelblazer, so I like the idea she was a beyond-the-grave ichnologist.

"Jane Brandreth Holt (1867 – 1922) was awarded first class honours in Chemistry from University College, Liverpool in 1891. She was the first President of the Women Students’ Representative Council in Liverpool and was later a member of the Liverpool Education Committee."
