As a community manager/leader for my gaming brand, if I don’t go out there to network and bend my back 24/7, none of us win. Don’t think people understand how difficult it is to be in the games industry as the overlooked & underrepresented.

It’s not just getting free games and consoles, we are actively working closely with these companies for permanent changes so that you don’t have to constantly fight for equality. We are doing that for you! I want black/poc to win in this space unapologetically
What do you have to show that you deserve these opportunities we are getting for you. People were chosen because that spreads more opportunities for their existing communities they have built for YEARS
