Visa holders don't just contribute skills to an industry that desperately needs them...
They also contribute valuable cultural and food knowledge from different corners of the globe, adding to the rich multicultural tapestry that makes the Melbourne dining scene so vibrant.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the next couple of years as we regroup and try to find new ways to cope with the labour shortage amid a global health and economic crisis.
