It is well know that the northern seaboard states have
Higher taxes
Faster pace of life
Tend to vote Dem

It is well know that the southern states have
Lower taxes
Easier pace of life
Tend to vote Rep

Now if your approaching retirement or are fed up of living in fast paced, high tax NY or LA

Lower taxes and an easier pace of life could sound very appealing

Retiring people or those who want to get out of the rat race have been moving to

Texas
Florida
Arizona
Nevada

Slowly turning blue

In 2024 could tip blue for what could be a long time

Republicans can not win with out Texas & Florida

That is why they are flipping out
