i could literally go into such a deep analysis about this guy ,, fugo has always been a smart boy. he seemed to have listened to his emotions more than his head all the time. the one time he does listen to his head, is a life or death situation.
“do i really want to go and risk my life and potentially die just to save a girl? or do i want to save myself and live a normal life?” keep in mind that he is a young teenager, he has a full life in front of him. of course he’s not going to risk his life being taken away when
he’s practically just a kid.

not to mention how guilty he looked after the boat left. it was a decision that predicted everything, and he took the most safest answer there was.
