We know social gatherings are a primary cause of transmission. Voluntary measures have been in place for a couple of weeks, and cases still going up.

My daughter's martial arts club, which has excellent health measures in place, was forced to close under "group fitness" rules.
But you can still go drinking in a bar as long as you are home by 11. Ya, that's a good priority choice right there.

Social gatherings are still ok up to 15 people, and weddings and funerals up to 50. Faith gatherings should reduce to 1/3. Pretty please. Those are exactly the situations the data tell us to address. Weak tea measures today, at best.

Half measures now with the foolish hope the curve will bend in 2 weeks? Wrong approach. We needed tougher measures now to decisively bend the curve.
