SLNB had SN of 96% and NPV of 99%

Of 27 node-positive patients:
14 (52%) had metastases in SLN only
7 (26%) located outside of LND boundaries or required IHC for diagnosis

Such patients may have been missed on LND alone #SoMe4GyneOnc #gyncsm
