Good job @Xbox and @XboxSupport. My friends and I have been huge Xbox fans since the 360, but today my friend found out that Xbox deleted a game they bought from their account, with no warning, and then when they spoke to a rep, the rep said the purchase was not on the account,
and that there was no sign my friend had ever purchased the game. When my friend said they had proof of purchase, the rep ignored them, and then asked several times for their full credit card information, when the rep was already given the last 4 digits.
It took my friend contacting the *game's dev company* to find out what caused the problem, and unfortunately they were unable to fix the issue because it was on Xbox's side. My friend just wanted to play the game that they purchased, and instead
they had to spend their day trying to get in contact with a customer service representative from Xbox that would actually help instead of ignoring them and insinuating that they never purchased something my friend has proof of purchase of. I get that it's busy around launch day,
and that you're busy warning people to not vape into their Xbox Series X, but seriously? Smh.
