PSA: If you're studying astrology, recordings of lectures from astro conferences are generally available for purchase!! Sometimes lecturers will sell their own lectures on their websites, but sometimes recordings are only avail thru conference shops.

Astrology University isn't a conference and isn't a professional organization, but it regularly offers summits and lectures, the recordings of which are all available on their website: https://www.astrologyuniversity.com/
Fresh Voices in Astrology is an offshoot of Astrology University aimed at presenting the work & perspectives of astrologers who are often under-represented at conferences & within established organizations. Some groundbreaking stuff happens through FVA. https://www.freshvoicesinastrology.com/
The Queer Astrology Conference occurs sporadically and provides a platform for queer voices within astrological thinking
