You used to need a powerful machine to design. Now you can design in the browser with the “machine” in the cloud.
You used to only be able to see the design when the designer had finished working on the file.
Pair-programming and Github take you only part of the way with collaboration, but shouldn’t it be possible to write code in the browser, collaborate in real-time, on an old machine and let machines in the cloud run the code? 
There are products like @tuple raising money to help people pair-program vía screen sharing, is it such a huge step to move the code writing away from the local machine?
