I don’t know how to explain how it feels to watch the current government care so little for the lives of the people they’ve been elected to serve. To have the ability to take meaningful action to protect people, and choose not to, leaving thousands of families devastated. 1/8

To choose business over people every single day. To hear the Premier’s heart breaks for business owners, and not a word of solace for families losing loved ones.

With $9.3 billion in #COVID19 relief at their disposal to make schools safer, protect health, and support small businesses, this government chose not to. 
They chose not to protect our kids, parents, and grandparents. #onpoli 3/8

They chose not to control community transmission to protect all our health. After all our hard work. After our months of sacrifice to keep each other safe and alive, we're seeing our efforts thrown away, and no real intention to turn this disaster around. #COVID19 #onpoli 4/8

They chose not to properly prepare for flu season, leaving Ontarians scrambling to do their part to protect themselves and each other in one of the few ways we can predict and control. The flu is not a surprise and other regions adjusted plans to better respond to #COVID19. 5/8

They chose not to adequately improve access to #sickdays after stripping them back two years ago, leaving many Ontarians who are unable to work from home in the impossible position of having to choose b/t their health and the healthy of their community, and making ends meet. 6/8

We live every day without Jude, and there's nothing about it that's okay. We're forever changed.

I don't know how to explain how painful it is to see our govt choose to let thousands of families lose their loved ones, expressing regret only for closed businesses. #onpoli 7/8

And not even bother to spend their billions of #COVID19 relief dollars to help the businesses the Premier is supposedly losing sleep over.
