. @fssaiindia rules means that even golgappa sellers to all eating joints follow not only the swacch bharat rules for cleanliness but they also cook healthy with all the food regulation. Consumers will benefit as now eating healthy will not be a norm but a way of life.

The new FSSAI rules makes it mandatory for even small local sweet shop to certify its products.
Means if u buy 2 laddoos, the shop had to give FSSAI certificate or certify when the laddoos are made, and when it expires and till when it will remain fresh in eatable condition

So now when u go out and buy SWEETS etc, ask the shop to certify it. Don't buy without written assurance. It all about U and ur family health

Now with fssai rules all units have to register, indirectly they come under tax net like GST. Black money circulation in food industry gets its first real ground level check. Now business people can't just show loss in perishable food products and take easy tax exumption etc.

For example : I run a sweet shop chain across india. I make 25 tons of laddoos and then i declare that the product made by my factory expired. Total loss is about 1.25 Cr
Actually I naver made anything but what i did was converted 1,25Cr black money into white in my books

Those people selling your eatable with buy one get one free. Be aware. How can a company give you soan papdi packet free and that too at a price of one. That means either they sold it at double the price earlier .....
