Allegheny County Elections Update:

We're in the throes of the provisionals.

8,097 counted last night.

Provisionals have finished review, but we're in the nitty gritty of partially counted or challenged ballots.

Thus far, ~500 provisionals have been challenged by either side.
There are additional provisionals that have been given the green light to be counted. Likely to happen in the next few hours.

Not entirely clear how many provisional ballots in that batch, how many provisionals WON'T be counted, and how many were challenged that will/won't count
Elections says Democrats and Republicans EACH have 9 people directly observing this process in the warehouse.

Statewide, Joe Biden's lead over Donald Trump is at about 54,000 votes.
Friendly reminder there are about 3,400 ballots set aside that also haven't been counted.

947 of them postmarked before E-Day and received before 5p Friday

2,349 of them received on time and had zero issues other than the voter signed, but didn't DATE the declaration envelope.
To give you an idea of the level of transparency: The woman on the left is a county employee entering results. The woman on the right is an observer who had a question & was shown ballot being entered into the computer. Registered observers from all campaigns have this access.
And on the other side of the room, you can see representatives from both sides opening provisional ballots together and going through them. Thus far, 539 provisionals have been “challenged” by both sides.
Updated from the count today:

These are additional provisional and late arriving military ballots (military ballots had until Monday to arrive)

2,216 ballots counted
Biden: 1,301 Trump: 863
Adds about 450 ballots to Biden's statewide lead
