This is not medical advice, but anecdotally the aspirin, D3, z!nc combo seems to noticeably lower the severity in family and friends and friends of friends that I’ve recommended it to.
Aspirin’s main function here is to counteract the virus’ effect on platelet activity. In other words, keeps the blood from getting thick and clotty. This aspect of the pathology doesn’t get nearly enough attention imo.

The real testing that’s valuable imo is figuring out who has the factor V leiden mutation. I have a strong hunch that there is a big link here, and is why Iran got hit in a very different way (people suddenly collapsing in markets, etc).
