Tis the day! $FSLY #Altitude2020
Plenty of customer talks on how they use and love Fastly. One person from @Slate wrote this on his profile:
On the '21 roadmap:
1) Continuing integrating signal sciences for Secure@Edge to build a unified web-app security platform
2) Authentication at the edge
3) managed security
3) Observe@Edge will have new features in observability-visualization to existing: https://www.fastly.com/blog/observability-compute-edge

The Observe@edge product is coming from customers increasingly asking for more observability features at the edge to proactively "observe" their applications. They already have real-time logging which they can send to Datadog, etc. But this will give customers in-house solutions.
Check https://www.fastly.com/blog/monitoring-vs-observability for more on how observability differs from monitoring.
This again shows how being the first point of contact with all data flowing in to the network is key for customers and will drive platform/product growth.
