all about hip dips and how you can minimize them — a thread ☆
so what are hip dips?

hips dips are the inward
depression along the side of your body, just below the hip bone.
are hip dips bad?

hip dips aren’t good or bad. they are simply a reflection of your anatomy.

everyone is unique. your pelvis, muscle mass, and body fat distribution are unique to you. therefore, you may or may not have prominent hip dips.
so can i remove my hip dips?

you may not be able to get rid of them completely. you cannot significantly change your anatomy.

but there are some things you can do to minimize their prominence.
1. you can try to lower your body weight/body fat level if you are overweight.

this may or may not help – but maintaining a normal body fat level is always a good thing.
2. you can do exercises to develop and strengthen the muscle groups around your hips.

so what exercise should you do?
fire hydrants
side curtsy lunges
squats
side lunges
donkey kicks
lying down side leg raises
glute bridges
standing side leg lifts
for the exercises that do one side at a time, start with your weaker or less flexible leg.

that way, you start with the side that’s a bit more difficult and the second side will seem easier.
these exercises will help develop and strengthen the muscles in your lower body.

this can help change the way your hips look but may not completely eliminate hip dips. developing your lower body can help create an appealing look to the muscles around your hips.
so that's all, i hope this was helpful <3
