5: Reopening dec 28, negative covid test required for all travelers checking in 6: all employees bi monthly neg covid test. 7: mandatory mask. Tie business license of businesses to enforcement 8: county and school workers, who can, work from home til Jan 2, 2021. 9: be honest
These things I have laid out have already been used for some time in states I’ve personally traveled to. Alaska, Massachusetts and next week Hawaii. It’s not rocket science, it’s common sense
