Spox for @celliottability says Dr. Williams, public health measures table & local medical officers “provided input on overall concept and direction for the framework.” (As Star reports, Public Health Ont. recommended much lower thresholds; member of table never saw final plan.)
“The framework was also informed by data, evidence, and information, including from other jurisdictions, and approved by Cabinet.”
Health also sent an old comment from Dr. Williams (he’s speaking tmrw about modeling.)

"This framework is critical to ensuring that public health measures are able to help slow the spread of the virus, while also supporting mental health and other social determinants of health.”
