My experience in courts.

Magistrates, Judges, HC Judges n SC Judges all do not care (most of the time) about precedents laid down or directives of the so called Supreme Court - all consider themselves as SUPREME.

Why not, rename all courts as SUPREME COURT OF INDIA (Extn).
2016
Me reminds Sessions Court Judge 'Sir, Supreme court has passed order in January 2014, for this case to completed at an early date'.
Judge - Go complain to the Supreme Court against me.

Me - Sir, cannot afford n I know Supreme Court will do nothing.

2014
Magistrates Court Bandra, under 156 (3) for direction, to police to file FIR.

Sir - it will be not right, if this court will not give direction, for filing FIR. Here is Judgement of the Supreme Court, in identical case. ( He reads n returns Judgement copy to me. )

Even after showing the Magistrate a clear Supreme Court order in very similar case, he passed order unfavourable to me.

As I leave the court a senior Advocate stops me - 'You know, the Magistrate got offended, that you a common man (not lawyer) showed a Supreme Court order.'😢😭
January 2016
Sessions Court, Mumbai.

Me- Sir, almost all self incriminating documents filed by PNB in April 2005 are missing from records, my applications for action are filed in 2005.
Judge - File affidavit n see what action I take against you.

Within 2 days I filed WP at HC
After I filed WP at High Court, the High Court passed order, that they cannot do anything about missing documents, I must move Sessions Court.

So - I filed Application, before same Judge, to take action Vs all responsible for missing documents.

He rejected Application

😅🤗😀
He rejected Application, stating, it's aminstrative matter not Judicial matter

Asked him- Sir, if you go for lunch, your staff steals doc's from your table, of case to be heard after lunch -it will become admin matter ?.

He ordered later- order copy not to be given to Chhugani.
