I'm begging trans people on this site to love yourselves more and raise the standard of behavior you tolerate from the people in your lives

Please stop listening to the people who try to tell you that their transphobic microaggressions (and not-so-micro aggressions) aren't that https://twitter.com/autogynamelia/status/1326697282763288577
A cis person who asks you invasive personal questions that they'd never ask another cis person is being transphobic. Don't let them tell you that isn't a transphobic microaggression because it is.
A cis person who just assumes that you're fine with being treated like a free and open resource for every question they ever had about trans people is being transphobic. Don't let them tell you that isn't a transphobic microaggression because it is.
A cis person who acts snidely dismissive or put out whenever you advocate for yourself is being transphobic. Don't let them tell you that isn't a transphobic microaggression because it is.
A cis person who assumes anything about your sexual orientation based solely on the fact that you're trans as if Trans is the limit break when your Gay Meter fills up is being transphobic. Don't let them tell you that isn't a transphobic microaggression because it is.
A cis person who acts as though accommodating your new name and/or pronouns is a heavy burden or an impossible task that even John Wick would have to give out a marker for is being transphobic. Don't let them tell you that isn't a transphobic microaggression because it is.
A cis person who speaks of your pre-transition persona as if they're dead and insists on grieving for them is being EXTREMELY FUCKING TRANSPHOBIC. Don't let them tell you that isn't a transphobic microaggression because it is THE QUEEN MOTHER of all transphobic microaggressions.
