2. Make a list. Think about what you’re looking for and need from a relationship, then write it down.
3. Find a mantra. Positive self-talk goes a long way. Try “I don’t need to be perfect to be loved. I just have to be me.”

4. Define your boundaries. Be upfront with others so you can focus your energy on people who align with your needs.
5. Build up confidence. Swap out old dating profile photos with new ones that make you feel your very best.

6. Set app limits. To avoid a burnout, keep fostering relationships and hobbies outside your dating life.
