Odd-ball stuff at Wake County absentee pre-canvass Tues: (1) 3 Wake absentee ballot envelopes in a priority mail envelope from New York City Board of Elections. Apparently voters turned them in at NYC early voting/Election Day polling places. Won’t count, NYC postmarked Nov 6. /1
It was actually nice for the NYC Board of Elections to send those 3 Wake Co absentee envelopes on to Wake County and pay for priority mail. Ballot instructions did say OK to return to an early voting site, (but only to county that issued the ballot. LOL) /2 #ncpol
Then one Wake absentee envelope also included in the ballot envelope a WalMart prescription receipt and WalMart pharmacy explainer on that drug. Those being sent back to voter. /3 ncpol
