Thread: Here's the blown coverage the Bills had that resulted in a Seahawks long TD. A few things to read after the video in the attached tweets:
I have no idea what the actual call was (which is partly why I don't break down All-22 here each week), but right before the snap, Poyer (21) came down from his left side (of the defense) safety spot to blitz from the right side. When he did, there appeared to be miscommunication
I think Tre White (27) was supposed to cover for Poyer over the top as the other 2-deep safety, but didn't realize it and tried to bait and steal an INT (remember, he had just done that the previous drive).
Taron Johnson (24) was the one chasing at the end, but I don't believe this was his responsibility based on where he lined up and what he did post-snap. But he saw Moore (83) got behind the coverage and tried to get back to save the TD.
There was also a contain issue here. Quinton Jefferson (90) got hooked inside, which allowed Wilson (3) to get outside, extend the play, and take a shot downfield.
I loved the Bills aggressiveness in this game. I want them to keep doing it. But this is just an example of how it can be risky at times, too. Communication is a big part of it.

Also wanted to note that Taron probably got undeserved criticism by some here.
Here's the back-end of that play, by the way, since I couldn't show the whole screen originally.
