1) My powers that be are extremely consistent about a few things. One of them: Don’t waste energy or effort on messing with someone who is already on a path to their own destruction. You may actually interfere with or delay the justice they’ve already created for themselves.
2) This is just one reason that divination is crucial, when preparing for the work. If you’re taking a trip, you pack necessities AND you check the weather report.
Magick: Same. If the conditions don’t make sense in relation to the activity

3) But there’s an even more important lesson embedded: We aren’t responsible for everything. We can’t and don’t need to control everything. And don’t let the idea or allure of power make you think you need to. (Or your pain. It’s a motivator but it shouldn’t be the only one.)
4) Gonna go super basic for a second with the Serenity prayer, something something serenity to accept things we can’t change, courage to change things we can, wisdom to know the difference...plus, why work harder than you need to.
5) I’m a lazy magician. I don’t like to expend unnecessary effort. But also? I’m one magician but I’m part of a team and I don’t mean a coven. I’ve got guides/deities/plants/source/stuff I can’t even wrap my brain around as a human, on my team. Trust them and let them work.
