We hear all the negatives, but I'm curious to hear if others have had any unexpected positive outcomes as a result of COVID / lockdown?
I'll go. Been amazing to spend more time with my kids/wife and not having to deal with the commute. Also have completely revived my love of cycling – road cycling, MTB, bikes with kids, I love it all. One way or another have racked up over 3,500 miles since April

And now I know what to do when I feel stressed or mentally out of sorts – hop on the bike. It's amazing for mental health as well as physical. (Be good to connect with any other bike nerds on Strava – https://www.strava.com/athletes/425553 )
Lockdown also forced us to explore our local area more and that's been amazing - uncovering walks, building better relations with neighbours, helping others out. I'd say it's been a positive in terms of local community.
