These are Chicago GANG "calling cards" from '70s-'90s. A FROG who I'll not name expressed interest in this - I am NOT an expert on CHI mobs at ALL - but this IS a gangster town and ANYONE whose lived STREET life here brushes up against the power of these MOBS. -

You don't see these anymore - like gang SWEATERS they were unique to CHICAGO (the Coasts, other Midwest cities never repped this way. However, CHICAGO gangland remains unique, insular and frankly WEIRD.
