One of the really significant features of the Mishcon response is that it fuses legal analysis with an analytical approach that focuses on what the data, derived from a vast collection of judgments, tells us about the real-world dynamics of JR cases.
We learn, from data rather than anecdote, that among other things the number of JR cases appears to have declined significantly and that central government departments represent the minority group of defendants.
