Odisha Bypolls Thred:

You may be unsure of how #USElection2020 results will turn out. You may be unsure of your career choices. You may be unsure of many things but not the fact that @Naveen_Odisha will prevail in an election in #Odisha.
Since routing both Opposition parties in 2019 Assembly polls, BJD under his leadership has retained Patkura and Bijepur in bypolls. Now it has retained Tirtol and snatched Balasore from BJP!
Balasore was not an easy contest at all. Won by BJP in 2019. Voter turnout of more than 70%. Son contesting seat after death of his father, carrying huge wave of sympathy vote. Blessings of Balasore MP, top brigade of BJP and shadow of Modi-Shah. And yet #NaveenPatnaik prevails.
Even more interesting that BJD got double the number of votes it got in 2014 when it last won the seat. Its vote share grew by 11% between 2014 and 2020!
The electoral juggernaut of Naveen Babu is truly unparalleled in the country, even greater than the Modi-Shah engine!
