I know a lot of democrats don’t like to hear this but progress takes time. And just like the nuts on the far right who turn people off, those on the far left better start to understand this country likes middle ground. Not accepting that fact is what cost us those House seats
And another thing. If Bernie would have got the nomination, we would have lost 35 out of 50 states. Trump got 72 million people to vote for him. And he’s a fucking traitor! But people don’t care about that. What they do care about is the word “socialism.”
If we don’t get Stacey Abrams, who’s winning races in states like Georgia, or someone like her to run the Dem party, it’s going to get messy these next few years. Joe Biden won because his message resonated across the board. And he’s willing to work with everyone.
Once we have Dems in power then you can make change. But screaming about topics like Defunding the police (ridiculous) does not help the cause. Please learn from this
