As social media “prophecies” and “prophets” continue to be on the rise, I can guarantee you that you will never regret having thoroughly acquainted yourself with the prophets of Scripture. Study them. Know them. Look at how they carried themselves and the words of God.
They were committed to God’s people.
They were accountable.
They were precise.
They were unmoved by rulers, princes, judges and kings.
They were well acquainted with the commandments of God.
They didn’t next extension dates on their prophecy.
They walked in holiness.
They were well aware of their human condition.
They lived among the people.
They didn’t give half or ambiguous prophecies.
A lot of what we’re seeing today, especially from social media, isn’t tested, verified or in even in line with Scripture.

Prophets don’t get online and mock the people they’re tasked with giving a “word” to. I’ve seen this. Too much.
All I’m saying is:

• Don’t allow people claiming to speak for or from God online, to make you anxious.
• Stop putting your hope in everything that pops up on the Internet.
• Pray through and about it all.
• Sift everything through the Word of God.
• Relax 💛
