1. "Hotel California" has a small history to it.. Don Felder had loosely recorded the song on a cassette tape before he formally joined the "Eagles"... At some idle time.. Felder & Joe Walsh were playing around with that song when Don Henley heard them https://twitter.com/kriram4/status/1326303047606276096
2. Henley asked Felder to get the cassette tape... which Felder's daughter couriered it to him at their LA studio... When it got recorded as a song... Felder & others didnt want it released a single bec "Hotel California" was very long at 6.30mins @kriram4 https://twitter.com/kriram4/status/1326303047606276096
3. But Henley insisted and the song got released as a single... "Hotel California" went on to become not only the biggest hit for "Eagles" but it was a worldwide #1 hit in 1976-77 & stayed many months on the charts... All accidentally.. END! https://twitter.com/EducateFwd/status/1326336003590811648
