We find the “burner” acct, "Dan Purdy". Dean says he was trying to quote a DM from Dan. There was another "Dan Purdy" acct that used to be a "white guy" named "White Goodman" then later "Pat Riarchy" before changing their profile to Dan Purdy and eventually being suspended.

William Holte works for a landscape design company. This happening on the same week as the Four Seasons Total Landscaping scandal with Rudy Giuliani.

Dean Browning's accidental post about being a black gay man was very similar to the Dan Purdy's replies to Dean. Dan would also start his posts by saying "I'm a black gay man". So people made the connection.

Word on the feed is William Holte was adopted by Pattie LaBelle after his mother, Jacqueline Holte (LaBelle's sister), passed away.
Best that I can tell, Dean Browning was trying to quote a DM from William Holte/Dan Purdy but failed. It was just coincidence that the very controversial acct Dan Purdy was actually someone with such a notable legacy.
