This person has convinced thousands of people that the noise in NYT's "reported votes" number is evidence of fraud, when he doesn't understand the first thing about how actual votes are actually counted!

As the plot below shows, the points on the diagonal are noise from the NYT API reporting the cumulative average - they are not mail-in ballots "randomly shuffled in the mail". Anyway, it is frustrating that people are inferring fraud from the noise at the end of the vote counting -> vote aggregation -> NYT API -> Web scraper process, when they don't understand the first step.
