I’ve seen like four posts that were like “before, breadtube was about getting at important issues. Now, it’s about getting views and subs.”

Guys, I love and have always loved getting views and subs. I’m not a professional activist. I wanted to make videos and then did that.

I honestly understand this might be disappointing for some people, but when I made my Lorax video, I didn’t do so based on the calculation that this specific action would create the most class consciousness.

I guess the most charitable thing you could say about me is that I’m a youtuber with some politics. Sadly I am not a politics guy with a YouTube channel. If you want political direction, idk, join a union, give to an organization you appreciate, help a deer. Idk
